WHAT TO EXPECT
If you haven't been to a couples lounge before. Fear not, for you are about to embark on an exciting sexual adventure that may be unparalleled in your life.
You reach an ambiguous looking building, with minimal signage and walk through the frosted glass doors into the off the street foyer.
You find an intercom which links you to the Lotus Lounge hostess. As the club can at times be busy, please do not be surprised if there is a short wait in the foyer before you are answered.
Once you are invited through the solid wood security doors your hostess, answers your questions about the club, takes your first names and payment before seeing you through to the lounge level.
If there is any reason for our hostess to believe that a customer is not 18 years of age identification may be requested and must be produced before entry will be granted.
Once inside you are welcome to take on pseudo names if you wish to maintain your anonymity.
As you make your way through the curtained entrance to the bar, you enter a world of hedonistic abandon. All of your senses immediately react to the sexual atmosphere which envelopes you. Hot, erotic couples, bathed in the flashes from the disco ball are conversing, lounging, dancing, playing pool or enjoying all the member areas Lotus Lounge has to offer.
Remember, Lotus Lounge is a meeting place for likeminded couples and single ladies. While our hosts will do their best to make you feel relaxed and well informed, it is not their job to pair off couples.
You will require personality and some self confidence in order to commence and maintain conversations with other couples. While our hosts will try their best to introduce you to others who are visiting, they can not guarantee that you will instantly hit it off, nor can they set you up. You will only get as much out of the experience as you put in, so make sure that you are willing to socialise as other couples will be looking for people with personality and not just people who want to play!
The best way to make the most of your Lotus Lounge experience is to relax, enjoy the company of your partner and see where the night takes you!
OPERATING HOURS
The Lotus Lounge operates on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm until late.
PRICES
- General Admission - $150.00 per couple
- Single ladies $50.00
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE; members are entitled to reduced entry rates once they purchase membership!
Membership costs;
- Gold Membership - $100 per couple
- Silver Membership - $50 per couple
Entry for members costs;
GOLD MEMBERS
- $100 per couple on a standard nights or
- $80 on theme nights (if you attend the party in theme)
SILVER MEMBERS
- $125 per couple on a standard nights or
- $100 on theme nights (if you attend the party in theme)
Drinks
Lotus Lounge is a BYO venue. We do not sell alcohol.
It is important for visitors to understand that Lotus Lounge is not a pub and in a couples club intoxicated behaviour is not welcome.
For this reason, we remind our guests to drink in moderation, because there is nothing sexy about someone who has had too much to drink.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest who appears to be intoxicated, or any guest who appears to be racing through their drinks in an attempt to become intoxicated– even if the guest has brought their own alcohol.
Our bar closes at 2am each night, from which time the bar staff provide guests with access to water and soft drinks. Any left over BYO alcohol may be taken with you at the end of the night however under no circumstance will it be served after 2am.
In the event you find yourself being offered a glass of water when you have requested a wine…please accept it graciously as we are only looking out for you, and every other guest in the club.
ETIQUITE
- First and foremost Lotus Lounge is a couples club. As such it is expected that couples put their partners first.
- Once inside the Lotus Lounge the theory "couples who stay together can play together" applies. Men are not permitted upstairs unless in the company of their partner.
- "If it's not on; it's not on!" The Lotus Lounge is a venue allowing only consensual contact between its members. Understand that each and every couple have different expectations and boundaries in their relationships. Always request permission to join in and if in the event your request is denied, please move on without causing a scene.
- Staff will not serve alcohol to intoxicated patrons.
- Crude behaviour will not be tolerated. Lotus Lounge was created to be enjoyed by all of our customers, anyone considered to be creating a nuisance will be shown the door.
- Cameras will not be allowed in the venue, so bring a photographic memory! We value our customers' privacy and anyone found to be taking photographs in the venue will have the device confiscated and any images will be deleted prior to the device being returned.
- Our staff are employed to serve you, not service you. Please respect them and the job they are committed to.
- A number of linen baskets located in the club. Please ensure that you place your used ‘linen’ in these baskets to assist staff in maintaining a clean environment for you to play in.
- We provide each couple with access to their own locker for the evening. Lotus Lounge will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal property. Bring with you only what you need and store anything which you do not wish to lose in the heat of the moment in your lockers! This includes underwear, jewellery and any other personal item. We have lots of dark corners at Lotus Lounge – but they are not a sensible place to store items of value.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Lotus Lounge adheres to all Health and Safety guidelines, offering you a clean and comfortable experience.
Our linen is professionally laundered after each and every use and the venue is professionally cleaned after every trading night.
For health and safety reasons there is to be no sex in the spa. Likewise, if you are deemed to be intoxicated, you will not be allowed to enter the spa.
Beverages will not be allowed in the Erotic Level or the Spa level. All unfinished drinks are to be left on the Lounge Level.
Complimentary condoms and lube are provided in convenient locations throughout the venue
