We travelled to Sydney for work recently, and decided to go to the Lotus Lounge on a Saturday night while we were there.

When we lived in Sydney, we used to go to Couples Club (When Peter owned it) and we were interested to see what differences or changes had occurred in the Sydney scene since we had moved North.

First impressions:- The Lotus lounge is a seriously nice club inside. Not too big, not too small and set out really well. You can see some serious $’s have been spent on it, and you feel the class when you enter. There is nothing in QLD that comes close to the fit out of the place.

With the smoking rules being different between NSW and QLD we were a bit put off by people actually smoking in the lounge area. As Ex smokers that was probably our only negative view point we could find in the club.

The crowd that was there was mixed (as we like it), and most people were quite friendly. A few were a bit tense when approached for a chat. This hasn’t changed much from when we lived down there. A lot of people still like the anonymity of the scene in Sydney.. Up here, we tend to find people a bit more approachable in the bar areas.

The Spa seemed to be a focal point for people to ’hook-up’. And the large playroom seemed to have a lot of people who were playing by themselves, just waiting for another couple to approach them, or the girls to ’touch’.... which generally means its on between the couples. There were a large proportion of the couples playing by the end of the evening, and a good time was had by all LOL

These clubs.. whether they are in Sydney, Melb or Brissy really are as much fun as YOU put into it. If you sit back like wallflowers all night, you will probably have a crap time. If you act a little confident, talk to people, and most of all SMILE and appear to be having a good time, you will meet some excellent people and actually HAVE a good time.

As a venue.. We gave the LL an 8/10. We took 2 points off for the smoking factor. This opinion is completely our own, and as we say to anyone who is willing to listen, you need to go to these venues to make up your own minds.

We are madly clocking up some hours at work, so we can free up some time to allow us to come visit you guys again!

We wanted to let you know that we had no hesitation in Voting the LOTUS LOUNGE #1 Best Adult Party! Although this was our first experience at the LOTUS LOUNGE, we had discussed this experience at great length...and we must say, "WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG????"

Within a short period of time of our arrival, we felt more at ease with our new companions than we have felt around a lot of our "friends"...it was then that we realised "what are friends?", friends are people you can be yourself around, be honest with, have common interests with and laugh with, and these are qualities that we found in everyone we met at the LOTUS LOUNGE! On the other hand there was two very big ddisappointments with our evening;

1. WE HAD TO LEAVE!
2. WE DONT LIVE CLOSER!

So from the both of us...Thanks to all our new friends at LOTUS LOUNGE, can’t wait to see you all again very soon...stay in touch! P & L

We almost forgot to mention that it was awfully difficult to disguise the glow once back in normality!!! I visited your club for the first time last night. I am writing to you about 2 things. Firstly I just wanted to say I had a great time. I attended with a couple of friends so realistically I was a single female.
From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The lady at the bar was great, very friendly and great to talk to. I was so comfortable that when my friends left I stayed on alone. I so enjoyed myself and have been so pleasantly surprised as I had no idea what to expect.

Oh my god what an amazing place to hang out and meet other couples. My husband and I got blown away the first time we walked in not only by how welcomed we were but also the amazing hospitality. We are going to keep coming back; we've now been 4 times. We are a couple of sex maniac's but we are yet to hook up with another couple. We absolutely enjoy the spa and having people watch us while we're playing with each other.

Dear Naomi,

I would like thank you for such a wonderful night. All the testimonials and details from the website were 100% spot on. Friendly and relaxed staff; to meeting up with couples who, like ourselves were there for the first time.

We were so relaxed and horny that we quickly got into the spa then moved on upstairs where we had other couples come up fully dressed and sat down on the sofas to watch us make mad passionate love to each other for an extended period of time. We loved putting on the show for the other couples, who thought we were long time members of the place but were surprised to hear we were there only 5 minutes before them.

We eventually got them involved then they saw the fun we were having and quickly went back to the change to room to get their gear off and join upstairs for some great group fun on the massage table. Then we went as individual couples to the large group room where each couple enjoyed their own company, whether they were intimate with each other or just sat and watched others.

When we finished, the showers and facilities were great and eventually when we went outside, R***** actually commented that its back to reality – and reality wasn’t nearly as good as the Lotus Lounge. It was a fantastic escapism experience and we will be back on a regular basis.
